1. Responsable del sitio
Este sitio web personal (en adelante, “el Sitio”) es operado por Ángel A. Colón Negrón, residente de Puerto Rico y fundador de Angel Tech Solutions (en adelante, “yo”, “mí” o “el Responsable”). Para cualquier asunto relacionado con esta política puedes escribir a contacto@angeltechsolutions.dev.
2. Alcance y aceptación
Esta Política de privacidad describe qué información se recopila cuando visitas el Sitio o te comunicas conmigo a través de él, cómo se utiliza, con quién se comparte y qué derechos tienes. Aplica únicamente a este Sitio y no a sitios de terceros enlazados desde él, incluido el sitio de Angel Tech Solutions, que cuenta con sus propias políticas.
Al navegar por el Sitio o enviar información mediante el formulario de contacto, reconoces haber leído esta política y aceptas sus términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, te pido que no utilices el Sitio ni envíes información personal.
3. Información que se recopila
3.1 Información que tú proporcionas voluntariamente
Cuando utilizas el formulario de contacto o me escribes por correo electrónico o redes sociales, puedo recibir:
- Tu nombre.
- Tu dirección de correo electrónico.
- El contenido de tu mensaje y cualquier otra información que decidas incluir en él.
- La confirmación de que aceptaste esta política.
Te pido que no incluyas información sensible (por ejemplo, números de Seguro Social, datos bancarios o de tarjetas, contraseñas, información médica o similar) en tus mensajes. No solicito ese tipo de información y no me hago responsable de datos sensibles enviados sin haber sido requeridos.
3.2 Información recopilada automáticamente
Como ocurre con la mayoría de los sitios web, el proveedor de alojamiento (hosting) y las redes de distribución de contenido que sirven el Sitio pueden registrar de forma automática información técnica de cada visita, tal como: dirección IP, tipo y versión del navegador, sistema operativo, página visitada, página de referencia, fecha y hora del acceso. Esta información se utiliza con fines de funcionamiento, seguridad y prevención de abusos.
3.3 Almacenamiento local y cookies
El Sitio guarda en tu navegador (mediante localStorage) únicamente tus preferencias de tema (claro u oscuro) e idioma (español o inglés), para recordarlas en tus próximas visitas. Esta información permanece en tu dispositivo, no se envía a ningún servidor y puedes borrarla en cualquier momento desde la configuración de tu navegador.
El Sitio no utiliza cookies de publicidad, de rastreo ni herramientas de analítica propias. Los servicios de terceros mencionados en la sección 6 pueden utilizar sus propias cookies o tecnologías similares conforme a sus políticas.
4. Uso de la información
La información recopilada se utiliza exclusivamente para:
- Leer y responder tus mensajes, consultas o solicitudes.
- Dar seguimiento a conversaciones que tú inicies.
- Mantener el funcionamiento, la seguridad y la integridad del Sitio, y prevenir spam, fraude o abusos.
- Cumplir con obligaciones legales o requerimientos de autoridades competentes.
No utilizo tu información para enviarte publicidad o boletines sin tu consentimiento, ni para tomar decisiones automatizadas que te afecten.
5. Base para el tratamiento
Trato tus datos sobre la base de tu consentimiento (al enviar el formulario o escribirme), de mi interés legítimo en responder comunicaciones y mantener la seguridad del Sitio, y, cuando aplique, del cumplimiento de obligaciones legales. Puedes retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento escribiendo a contacto@angeltechsolutions.dev, sin que esto afecte la licitud del tratamiento previo.
6. Servicios y enlaces de terceros
Para funcionar, el Sitio se apoya en servicios de terceros que pueden recibir datos técnicos (como tu dirección IP) al cargar sus recursos o procesar información:
- Formspark (formspark.io): recibe y almacena los mensajes enviados mediante el formulario de contacto y me los hace llegar por correo electrónico.
- hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.): verificación de seguridad del formulario para distinguir personas de programas automatizados (bots). Para ello puede recopilar datos técnicos del dispositivo y del navegador, conforme a su propia política de privacidad y sus términos.
- Proveedor de correo electrónico: almacena los mensajes recibidos en contacto@angeltechsolutions.dev.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC): provee las tipografías del Sitio.
- Cloudinary: aloja y entrega algunas imágenes del Sitio.
- Proveedor de alojamiento (hosting): sirve los archivos del Sitio.
El Sitio también contiene enlaces a sitios externos, como GitHub, Instagram, Angel Tech Solutions y los proyectos mostrados en el portafolio. Al hacer clic en ellos abandonas este Sitio. No controlo ni soy responsable del contenido, la disponibilidad, la seguridad ni las prácticas de privacidad de esos sitios; te recomiendo revisar sus respectivas políticas. La inclusión de un enlace no implica respaldo de todo su contenido.
7. Divulgación de información
No vendo, alquilo, intercambio ni comercializo tu información personal. Solo podrá ser divulgada:
- A los proveedores de servicios indicados en la sección 6, en la medida necesaria para que el Sitio funcione.
- Cuando lo exija la ley, una orden judicial o un requerimiento válido de una autoridad competente.
- Cuando sea necesario para proteger mis derechos, mi propiedad o mi seguridad, o los de terceros, incluyendo la prevención de fraude o abusos.
- Con tu consentimiento expreso.
8. Conservación de datos
Conservo los mensajes y datos de contacto solo durante el tiempo necesario para atender tu comunicación y dar seguimiento razonable, o mientras lo exija la ley. Puedes solicitar su eliminación en cualquier momento. Los registros técnicos de los proveedores se conservan según sus propias políticas.
9. Seguridad
Aplico medidas razonables para proteger la información, como el uso de conexiones cifradas (HTTPS) y servicios de proveedores reconocidos. Sin embargo, ningún método de transmisión por Internet ni de almacenamiento electrónico es 100 % seguro, por lo que no puedo garantizar una seguridad absoluta. Al enviar información lo haces bajo tu propio riesgo.
10. Tus derechos
Dependiendo del lugar donde residas, puedes tener derecho a:
- Acceder a los datos personales que tengo sobre ti.
- Solicitar la corrección de datos inexactos o incompletos.
- Solicitar la eliminación de tus datos.
- Oponerte al tratamiento o solicitar su limitación.
- Retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento.
- Solicitar una copia de tus datos en un formato portable.
Si resides en California (CCPA/CPRA), en el Espacio Económico Europeo o el Reino Unido (RGPD), o en otra jurisdicción con leyes de privacidad aplicables, se respetarán los derechos que dichas leyes te reconozcan. No vendo ni comparto datos personales con fines de publicidad conductual. Para ejercer tus derechos escribe a contacto@angeltechsolutions.dev; podré solicitar información razonable para verificar tu identidad y responderé dentro de los plazos que establezca la ley aplicable (generalmente entre 30 y 45 días). No recibirás un trato discriminatorio por ejercer tus derechos.
11. Menores de edad
El Sitio no está dirigido a menores de 13 años y no recopilo conscientemente información personal de ellos, de conformidad con la Ley de Protección de la Privacidad en Línea de los Niños (COPPA) de los Estados Unidos. Si eres padre, madre o tutor y crees que un menor me ha enviado información, comunícate conmigo y la eliminaré.
12. Transferencias internacionales
El Responsable y varios de los proveedores mencionados se encuentran en Puerto Rico y los Estados Unidos. Si accedes desde otro país, tu información podrá ser transferida y procesada en los Estados Unidos, donde las leyes de protección de datos pueden ser distintas a las de tu país. Al usar el Sitio consientes dicha transferencia.
13. Señales “Do Not Track”
Dado que el Sitio no realiza rastreo de usuarios entre sitios ni con fines publicitarios, no se requiere una respuesta específica a las señales “Do Not Track” de los navegadores.
14. Términos de uso y aviso legal
14.1 Propósito del Sitio
El Sitio tiene un propósito exclusivamente informativo y de presentación personal y profesional. Su contenido no constituye una oferta vinculante ni asesoría profesional de ningún tipo. Los servicios profesionales se ofrecen a través de Angel Tech Solutions y se rigen por sus propios términos.
14.2 Propiedad intelectual
Salvo indicación contraria, los textos, fotografías, diseño, código y demás contenido del Sitio son propiedad de Ángel A. Colón Negrón y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual. El nombre y el logotipo de Angel Tech Solutions son propiedad de su titular. No está permitida su reproducción, distribución o modificación sin autorización previa por escrito.
14.3 Proyectos del portafolio
Los nombres, logotipos, marcas, imágenes y contenidos de los proyectos y clientes mostrados en la sección de Proyectos pertenecen a sus respectivos dueños. Se presentan únicamente como muestra del trabajo realizado, con fines de portafolio. Las capturas de pantalla reflejan el estado de cada sitio en una fecha determinada y pueden no coincidir con su versión actual. No soy responsable del contenido, los productos, los servicios, los precios ni las prácticas de dichos sitios ni de sus operadores.
14.4 Uso aceptable
Te comprometes a no utilizar el Sitio ni su formulario para enviar spam, contenido ilegal, ofensivo, difamatorio o malicioso, ni para intentar acceder sin autorización a sistemas, interferir con el funcionamiento del Sitio o suplantar la identidad de otras personas.
14.5 Ausencia de garantías
El Sitio y su contenido se ofrecen “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”, sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, incluidas las de exactitud, integridad, disponibilidad ininterrumpida o ausencia de errores o virus. Puedo modificar, suspender o retirar el Sitio o cualquier parte de él en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso.
14.6 Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no seré responsable por daños directos, indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos, ni por pérdida de datos, ingresos u oportunidades, derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso del Sitio, de la confianza depositada en su contenido o del acceso a sitios de terceros enlazados.
14.7 Indemnidad
Aceptas mantener indemne al Responsable frente a cualquier reclamación, daño o gasto (incluidos honorarios razonables de abogados) que surja del uso indebido del Sitio por tu parte o del incumplimiento de estos términos.
14.8 Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
Esta política y el uso del Sitio se rigen por las leyes del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico y, cuando apliquen, por las leyes federales de los Estados Unidos. Cualquier controversia se someterá a los tribunales competentes de Puerto Rico. Antes de iniciar cualquier reclamación, te invito a comunicarte conmigo para intentar resolverla de manera amistosa.
14.9 Divisibilidad
Si alguna disposición de esta política fuera declarada inválida o inaplicable, las demás disposiciones continuarán en pleno vigor y efecto.
14.10 Idioma
Esta política se ofrece en español e inglés. En caso de discrepancia entre ambas versiones, prevalecerá la versión en español.
15. Cambios a esta política
Me reservo el derecho de modificar, actualizar o reemplazar esta Política de privacidad, los términos de uso, los enlaces y cualquier contenido del Sitio en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso. Los cambios entrarán en vigor desde su publicación en esta página, y la fecha de “última actualización” se ajustará en consecuencia. Te recomiendo revisar esta página periódicamente. El uso continuado del Sitio después de publicados los cambios constituye tu aceptación de los mismos.

This personal website (the “Site”) is operated by Ángel A. Colón Negrón, a resident of Puerto Rico and founder of Angel Tech Solutions (“I”, “me” or the “Owner”). For any matter related to this policy, you may write to contacto@angeltechsolutions.dev.
2. Scope and acceptance
This Privacy Policy describes what information is collected when you visit the Site or contact me through it, how it is used, with whom it is shared and what rights you have. It applies only to this Site and not to third-party sites linked from it, including the Angel Tech Solutions website, which has its own policies.
By browsing the Site or submitting information through the contact form, you acknowledge that you have read this policy and agree to its terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit personal information.
3. Information collected
3.1 Information you voluntarily provide
When you use the contact form or write to me by email or social media, I may receive:
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- The content of your message and any other information you choose to include.
- Confirmation that you accepted this policy.
Please do not include sensitive information (for example, Social Security numbers, bank or card details, passwords, medical information or similar) in your messages. I do not request this type of information and I am not responsible for sensitive data sent without being requested.
3.2 Information collected automatically
As with most websites, the hosting provider and content delivery networks that serve the Site may automatically log technical information about each visit, such as: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, page visited, referring page, and date and time of access. This information is used for operation, security and abuse prevention.
3.3 Local storage and cookies
The Site stores in your browser (using localStorage) only your theme (light or dark) and language (Spanish or English) preferences, so they are remembered on future visits. This information stays on your device, is not sent to any server, and you can delete it at any time from your browser settings.
The Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, nor its own analytics tools. The third-party services listed in section 6 may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.
4. How information is used
Collected information is used solely to:
- Read and respond to your messages, inquiries or requests.
- Follow up on conversations you initiate.
- Maintain the operation, security and integrity of the Site, and prevent spam, fraud or abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations or requests from competent authorities.
I do not use your information to send you advertising or newsletters without your consent, nor to make automated decisions that affect you.
5. Legal basis
I process your data based on your consent (when you submit the form or write to me), my legitimate interest in responding to communications and keeping the Site secure, and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contacto@angeltechsolutions.dev, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
6. Third-party services and links
To operate, the Site relies on third-party services that may receive technical data (such as your IP address) when loading their resources or processing information:
- Formspark (formspark.io): receives and stores messages sent through the contact form and delivers them to me by email.
- hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.): security check on the form to tell people apart from automated programs (bots). To do so, it may collect technical device and browser data under its own privacy policy and terms.
- Email provider: stores messages received at contacto@angeltechsolutions.dev.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC): provides the Site’s typefaces.
- Cloudinary: hosts and delivers some of the Site’s images.
- Hosting provider: serves the Site’s files.
The Site also contains links to external websites, such as GitHub, Instagram, Angel Tech Solutions and the projects shown in the portfolio. By clicking them you leave this Site. I do not control and am not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of those sites; I recommend reviewing their respective policies. Including a link does not imply endorsement of all its content.
7. Disclosure of information
I do not sell, rent, trade or commercialize your personal information. It may only be disclosed:
- To the service providers listed in section 6, to the extent necessary for the Site to work.
- When required by law, court order or a valid request from a competent authority.
- When necessary to protect my rights, property or safety, or those of others, including fraud or abuse prevention.
- With your express consent.
8. Data retention
I keep messages and contact details only for as long as necessary to handle your communication and provide reasonable follow-up, or as required by law. You may request their deletion at any time. Providers’ technical logs are retained according to their own policies.
9. Security
I apply reasonable measures to protect information, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reputable service providers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security. You submit information at your own risk.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data I hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to processing or request its restriction.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
If you reside in California (CCPA/CPRA), the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom (GDPR), or another jurisdiction with applicable privacy laws, the rights granted by those laws will be honored. I do not sell or share personal data for behavioral advertising. To exercise your rights, write to contacto@angeltechsolutions.dev; I may request reasonable information to verify your identity and will respond within the time frames set by applicable law (generally 30 to 45 days). You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
11. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from them, in accordance with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent me information, please contact me and I will delete it.
12. International transfers
The Owner and several of the providers mentioned are located in Puerto Rico and the United States. If you access the Site from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your country. By using the Site you consent to such transfer.
13. “Do Not Track” signals
Since the Site does not track users across sites or for advertising purposes, no specific response to browser “Do Not Track” signals is required.
14. Terms of use and legal notice
14.1 Purpose of the Site
The Site is solely for informational purposes and personal and professional presentation. Its content does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice of any kind. Professional services are offered through Angel Tech Solutions and are governed by its own terms.
14.2 Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, photographs, design, code and other content of the Site are the property of Ángel A. Colón Negrón and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Angel Tech Solutions name and logo are the property of their owner. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written permission is not allowed.
14.3 Portfolio projects
The names, logos, trademarks, images and content of the projects and clients shown in the Projects section belong to their respective owners. They are presented solely as examples of work performed, for portfolio purposes. Screenshots reflect each site as of a given date and may not match its current version. I am not responsible for the content, products, services, prices or practices of those sites or their operators.
14.4 Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site or its form to send spam or illegal, offensive, defamatory or malicious content, nor to attempt unauthorized access to systems, interfere with the Site’s operation or impersonate others.
14.5 No warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors or viruses. I may modify, suspend or withdraw the Site or any part of it at any time without notice.
14.6 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue or opportunities, arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, reliance on its content, or access to linked third-party sites.
14.7 Indemnification
You agree to hold the Owner harmless from any claim, damage or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.
14.8 Governing law and jurisdiction
This policy and the use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and, where applicable, the federal laws of the United States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Puerto Rico. Before filing any claim, I invite you to contact me to try to resolve it amicably.
14.9 Severability
If any provision of this policy is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14.10 Language
This policy is provided in Spanish and English. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
15. Changes to this policy
I reserve the right to modify, update or replace this Privacy Policy, the terms of use, the links and any content of the Site at any time and without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication on this page, and the “last updated” date will be adjusted accordingly. I recommend reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of them.
